Given me the confidence that my Mom will be looked after in a professional yet caring way…
“My Mom is currently a resident at Chasewater Mews.
The new Management team have given me the confidence that my Mom will be looked after in a professional yet caring way.
The monitoring of her needs, communicating any concerns with myself and in particular, the homes handling of the recent Covid-19 situation, have all been of the highest standard.”

“I am very happy with the care my mother receives.
Staff are friendly and respond to any questions raised. I am confident that all staff give the best service they can especially with the difficult challenges they have had to face with Covid19.”

We didn't have to worry about her care because we knew she was being well looked after…
“My nan was a resident here but unfortunately only for a few months.
During my nans time here she was lucky to have a member of the family visit every day and every time we went she seemed happy, content and we were always made to feel welcome.
As a family from the time my nan moved into the home, we didn't have to worry about her care because we knew she was being well looked after.
The manager and the team really were fantastic, they were approachable and always kept us up to date with things that were going on.
If I knew anyone that was looking for residential care for their family member I would certainly recommend Chasewater Mews.”

This is NOT a place where the TV is on all the time, instead, there are organised activities during the day…
“My mum has been at this residence since 2017 and when it changed management and became Chasewater Mews, it has been a very much improved care home.
The staff take great care looking after my mum who has dementia and has helped her to maintain as much of her independence as possible and she is encouraged to show her individual personality, they are extremely kind, caring, and friendly.
This is NOT a place where the TV is on all the time, instead, there are organised activities during the day. They hold regular events for residents, family and friends e.g Easter, "Afternoon Tea with Mum", "Food tasting" cooked by the homes chef and "themed months" celebrating different countries, and absolutely everyone is encouraged to take part, a lot more was planned until "Covid-19" put things on hold.
There is a lovely conservatory where they can sit or go out into the garden which some of the rooms overlook. This is a wonderful care home and myself and brother are so glad that our mum lives here.”

I will never be able to thank them enough for the care and support that they gave to us both…
“My mum was a resident at Chasewater Mews since they took over from a previous company. The changes that have been made since that take over are exceptional, largely due to their Manager and the staff who are caring and compassionate.
The home is clean, welcoming, bright and cheerful, they have regular activities for the residents to join in with. The meals looked appetising and a good choice was available for all. My Mum had dementia, but sadly got Covid-19, in these unprecedented times the manager and her staff showed nothing but compassion towards my Mum, conforming to government guidelines whilst battling their own worries about the disease.
I will never be able to thank them enough for the care and support that they gave to us both, for allowing me to sit outside her window, for sitting with her and holding her hand. Sadly Mum passed away in May. My Mums dementia had us on a roller coaster and through all this time Chasewater Mews was nothing but supportive. I highly recommend them.”
